This route travels from Eyre Square, through Spanish Arch, past the Claddagh, through Grattan Park, Salthill, Upper Salthill on on to Knocknacarra Shopping Centre (Joyces 365)

Operating from Monday 2 July 2012, it replaces Route 37 - Salthill.
