Public Transport Information

This area is served by Bus Éireann's Route 401 from the city (red line on the map) which approaches Lower Salthll from the Crescent: Buses go along Lower Salthill to the sea-front, then do a circuit around the Upper Salthill area and return to the city via Lower Salthill.

To "walk the prom", get the bus to Salthill church, and walk along the coastline to Blackrock diving board (which is shown on the Upper Salthill neighbourhood map).  Don't forget to "kick the wall" at the end.
