Directions:
Go to the north-east corner of Eyre Square, beside Richardson's pub (ie No 1).
Turning right, Prospect Hill is the road that heads up the hill
- CityPoint (2 on the map), featuring TK-Maxx is at the first intersection on the left.
- Galway County Council offices (1) are at the other side of that intersection.
- The Western Hotel (5) is just beyond the county-council offices.
Turning left, the road at the top (north side) of Eyre Square has one lane heading east, and another heading west, which is behind the bus-stops and taxi-stands. Walk down this lane, and take the first turn to the right into Bother Irwin. Walking along this road:
- Corrib Shopping Centre (3 on the map) is on the left hand side of the road.
- Irwin's Funeral Home (4) is on the right hand side.
