Directions:
Go to the north-east corner of Eyre Square, beside Richardson's pub (ie No 1).
Turning right, Prospect Hill is the road that heads up the hill
- CityPoint, featuring TK-Maxx is at the first intersection on the left.
- Galway County Council offices are at the other side of that intersection.
- The Western Hotel is just beyond the county-council offices.
- The Bohermore Post Office is on the left.
- The Local Employment Service is further along, also on the left side of the road.
Turning left, the road at the top (north side) of Eyre Square has one lane heading east, and another heading west, which is behind the bus-stops and taxi-stands. Walk down this lane, and take the first turn to the right into Bother Irwin. Walking along this road:
- Corrib Shopping Centre (3 on the map) is on the left hand side of the road.
- Irwin's Funeral Home (4) is on the right hand side.
