Public Transport Information

Burkes and Bus Éireann both run regular services to/from Galway, and Paul Nash Travel runs school bus services in the area.  Bus4U operate a service from Galway to Roscommon, picking up in Claregalway.

See the Regional Bus Details page for details and timetable-links.

The bus-stop is in the middle of the village, outside Cois Chláir Shopping Centre.

Most places in the village are within 5-10 minutes from the bus-stop. The Corporate / Business Park is a little further away, and on a fairly busy road - but there is now a footpath all the way to it from the centre of the village.

Traffic through the village is heavy at peak times, and there are pedestrian traffic-lights outside the church/supermarket.
