Public Transport Information
Buses to/from Carraroe and Inverin stop in the village. These are run by Bus Éireann Route 424. Lally's bus between Rossavel and Galway is listed as stopping here on the National Transport Authority database, but it is not clear if this is by request only.There are two official bus-stops in the village: the west-bound one is near the church, while the stop to Galway is at the western end of the village. However buses often stop at other recognised local points, when it is safe to do so.
Places in the centre of the village are within walking distance. The footpath does not go all the way to the industrial estate and Údarás na Gaeltachta.
